sumsummary provides a summarization Service ("Service"), specifically, email summarization services. You can forward emails to our Service, and we will provide summaries via our web app and periodic briefings via email as configured by you.

You will not submit any content that is offensive, illegal, or infringes on the rights of others.

5. Buyer Terms and Refund Policy
Payments for our Services are processed through paddle.com as Merchant of Record. This means that the Service is licensed to Paddle so that Paddle can manage the payment processing for our Service. Paddle will process payments on our behalf.
By using our paid Services, you agree to be bound by Paddle's Buyer Terms, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Specifically, we do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or completeness of the summaries and briefings.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, sumsummary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany and the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Specifically, this allows you to pursue disputes or claims and seek relief against sumsummary on an individual basis only, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class. By agreement to these terms, you waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration; you waive your right to pursue disputes or claims and seek relief in a court of law and to have a jury trial.
9. Severability Clause
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the validity and enforceability of the other provisions shall not be affected, and the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed to be amended to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
